INTERNATIONAL BRAND MONSIO COUTURE LAUNCHES U.S. BRAND AMBASSADOR SEARCH IN PARTNERSHIP WITH RUNWAY LIBERIA INTERNATIONAL

Liberian/International leading brand Monsio Couture teams up with the biggest international fashion week style event based in the U.S. that promotes Liberian Fashion designers alongside designers from all around the world - Runway Liberia International to host the “MC Couture Curvy” Brand Ambassador Search.  "MC Couture Curvy" competition will search the U.S. for a confident and beautiful curvy woman to become the brand U.S. ambassador. 

Monsio Couture debut the brand curvy line in their Fall 2019 Collection. “My goal is to embrace the confident woman who is proud of her curves and not afraid to let the world know, ” say’s Laurice Monsio Saba, Lead Designer and CEO of Monsio Couture. After showcasing for three years at Runway Liberia International, Monsio Couture want to bring the brand to its customers in the U.S. The brand just signed an agreement with DHL Shipping where customers will be able to receive garments directly from the Monsio Couture Factory in Liberia.

ABOUT MONSIO COUTURE
Born in Monrovia, Laurice Monsio Saba first entered the fashion world in 2003 right after the civil war in Liberia.  

Fashion for Monsio began at the rehabilitation center for young girls, Maryann Cheesmon School of Art & Design which was operated by the United Nations. Monsio studied Fashion Design where she graduated top of her class. 

  

Monsio was able to successfully translate her fashion design experience, culture and passion into what is now Monsio Couture. In March 2008 Monsio Couture Fashion House was created to revolutionize the Liberian Fashion Industry. For more than a decade Monsio has remained one of the strongest forces in the Liberian fashion industry with outstanding global recognition.
