Ibrahim 'AB' Mensah is Liberia’s Strongest Man for 2021


Ibrahim Mensah, popularly known as AB is officially Liberia’s strongest man!

AB, who appeared to be the fan’s favorite was crowned winner of the

grand finale of the Battle of the Giants edition of Liberia’s Strongest Man

produced by Runway Liberia International a JMK Production LLC Company

which took place on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 at LibTelco

Gymnasium in Paynesville, Liberia.

Ahead of the final, AB, who had been highly tipped to win the

competition repeatedly said this has been his prayer to God to

be named Liberia’s Strongest Man during interviews on Spoon FM

and other media outlets. Well his prayers have been answered.

Against all odds and with the climate of bodybuilding in Liberia being

dormant, AB rose above  the occasion and brought life into the

sport of bodybuilding and powerlifting alive in Liberia. Kool, Calm

and Collective he came and conquered. AB now has the bragging

rights of MR Liberia, Cash, Trophy and the prestigious custom 

title belt.

AB dominated key events such as Bench Press (600 Ibs), DeadLift

and Squarts to be adjudged the winner. Thomas Benjamin aka

No Fear placed second while Godwin Okhueleigbe

aka Silent Assasinator was third.

AB took home a custom Championship Belt, a Trophy, Cash, Custom Champion

Trophy and will be invited to represent Liberia to compete in international fitness

events around the world. .

Beyoncé Launches Active Wear Line

NEW YORK, United States — Beyoncé is launching an active wear line for women next month.
The singer announced the 2016 spring/summer collection Thursday called Ivy Park. It's a collaboration with Sir Philip Green of the retail giant Arcadia Group. The collection will be available April 14.

Beyoncé said in a statement that she lives "in my work out clothes but I didn't feel there was an athletic brand that spoke to me." She said she wants the collection to "inspire women who understand that beauty is more than your physical appearance."

Beyoncé also launched IvyPark.com and released a video showing the pop star modelling the new clothes. Her daughter, Blue Ivy, also appears in the video.

The line will be available online and in Topshop stores, Nordstrom, Selfridges and others.
