The Liberia
Music industry has been infiltrated by foreign/African content, leading to low
income for Liberian musicians.
The Liberian
GSM companies and media has also helped to enhance this by paying big dollars for
one day concerts and giving too much airplay to foreign music at the expense of
the local content.
This
explains why Liberian artistes are a disgruntled lot who are not taking
anything for granted.

Liberian artists when they come to perform in the country or when these artists
reach out for collaborations.Liberia top music producer Cornelius Wright in his studio in Liberia |
